At Nordic Lights Care, we are committed to providing high-quality services and products that support your health and wellbeing. If something doesn’t meet your expectations, we will do our best to make it right. This Return and Refund Policy explains the terms, conditions, and processes for returns and refunds.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns or refund requests under the following conditions:
a. Services (Wellness Bookings)
Services are non-refundable once rendered.
If you are dissatisfied with a service, please contact us within 48 hours so we can address your concerns.
Pre-paid sessions may be rescheduled or credited if cancellation occurs at least 24 hours in advance.
b. Meal Orders and Food Delivery
Due to health and safety regulations, food items cannot be returned.
Refunds or replacements may be issued for:
Incorrect meals delivered
Spoiled or damaged items
Orders not fulfilled
Clients must notify us within 24 hours of delivery and provide photo evidence if applicable.

3. Processing Returns and Refunds
For eligible product returns, you will receive return instructions via email.
Customers are responsible for return postage unless the product was faulty or incorrect.
Refunds (if approved) will be issued via the original payment method.
Refund Timeframes
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days from the date we receive the return or approve the refund.
Depending on your bank or provider, the refund may take additional time to appear on your statement.

Perishable food items
Gift cards or vouchers
Services already rendered
Products without proof of purchase
5. Faulty or Damaged Goods
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item. We will either replace the item or offer a full refund, including return shipping costs if applicable.
